Bulls fall to the Bucks despite DeRozan’s 40-point performance

On Tuesday night, the Chicago Bulls fell short against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks, 127-106.

Chicago held an 8-6 lead over Milwaukee but Brook Lopez and the Bucks jumped ahead from there and never looked back. Lopez led the way for Milwaukee with 28 points and 7 rebounds.

The Bulls were playing without All-Star Zach LaVine, who missed the game due to soreness in his left knee.

DeMar DeRozan did his damndest to keep the Bulls alive against the Bulls, scoring 40 points on 16-of-26 shooting from the floor and 8-of-8 from the free throw line.

With the loss, the Bulls fell to the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference with three games remaining, including Tuesday night’s contest against the Boston Celtics.
