The 2023 NBA Draft is here, and the Chicago Bulls have zero selections. There is still time for them to trade into the draft, but as things stand, they’ll be sitting on the sideline while the rest of the league adds new young talent to their rosters. Trading into the draft could be a great way for Chicago to improve their franchise’s future.
The draft is set to be full of uncertainty, as a ton of teams are exploring the idea of moving their selection in the draft. This provides Chicago will be the perfect chance to trade into the draft, according to Elias Schuster of Bleacher Nation.
There is projected to be a ton of movement on draft night, leaving the Bulls with plenty of opportunities.
“To put it differently, there are about to be a TON of avenues for the Chicago Bulls front office to get something done,” Schuster wrote. “If teams like Boston and Denver can see a need to shuffle their pieces around AND find a way to do so, there is absolutely no excuse for Chicago to sit on its hands AGAIN. A smart and savvy front office finds a way to get sh*t done. Heck, an average front office can find a way to do something with this much chaos reportedly happening behind the scenes. Whether it be the early first round or late second round, adding any pick would be a huge win for the Bulls.
