It's amazing to think that Bukayo Saka finds himself as one of Arsenal's most influential players at only 21 years of age. The Hale End academy product has continued his rise as one of the highest performers in the Premier League this season and doesn’t look like stopping.
Saka has scored five goals and assisted a further six in 20 appearances this season for Mikel Arteta's side, including important strikes against Liverpool and Leeds United to help steer the Gunners to the top of the Premier League. His form in north London has meant he will join Gareth Southgate's England squad in Qatar for this month's controversial World Cup in Qatar.
With plenty of competition in the attacking areas for his nation, Saka has made the right wing spot his own in Arteta's squad this season and has formed a formidable partnership with Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus in attack. The trio have contributed to 30 of Arsenal's 42 goals this season - with Martin Odegaard adding eight himself.

Saka played throughout the whole 90 minutes in the 2-0 win over Wolves on Saturday evening and escaped any potential injury fears ahead of the lengthy international duty. After helping steer his boyhood club to the top of the table, Saka's attention will quickly divert to the national team for the next month before returning to action for the Gunners on Boxing Day.
Following the win in the West Midlands, Saka took to social media to send a brief message to the Gunners fan base after their best start to a Premier League season in their history. He said: "First half of the season done. See you next month Gooners."
Arsenal will wake up on Christmas Day as league leaders for the first time in 15 years after comfortably easing past Wolves. The three points in the Black Country rounded off a memorable day in the season for the Gunners after Brentford shocked Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium earlier in the day.
Once the World Cup is over, in which Saka will be hoping to be a world champion, the Gunners face a tough run of fixtures on paper. After hosting West Ham on Boxing Day, they face Brighton, Newcastle, Tottenham and Manchester United in what is already set to be a crucial period of the season.
