Arsenal star Bukayo Saka has sparked concern over his fitness after he was substituted during the Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest.
Saka has played in every match across all competitions so far this season under Mikel Arteta, scoring five goals and providing four assists in 16 appearances. The Gunners have been hampered with injuries in the 2022/23 campaign with Oleksandr Zinchenko, Mohamed Elneny and Emile Smith Rowe all having been absent for long periods of time.
The busy fixture schedule has pushed players' fitness to the edge with games being played every three to four days ahead of the World Cup in November. Smith Rowe is set to be out of action until the new year whilst Arteta is reluctant to put a time frame on Zinchenko's return, and now it looks as though Saka may be an injury concern heading into November.

Club doctor Gary O’Driscoll continued to assess Saka as he tried to carry on after picking up a knock during the game against Forest, but the 21-year-old was unable to continue. Saka received two lots of treatment on the pitch before being replaced by Reiss Nelson.
Fans are right to be concerned over Saka's fitness ahead of a huge London derby against Chelsea. Mikel Arteta, and Gareth Southgate, will be hoping that the news isn't bad with the Gunners still fighting to stay top of the Premier League heading into the break for the World Cup.
