We have often talked about the character and personality of this current Arsenal team, the fight, passion and emotion that it shows.
The most exciting part is that it's only just getting started.
Two consecutive eighth-place finishes in the league and failing to qualify for European football for the first time in over 20 years sure did hurt. But then knowing the Hale End prospects were coming through as well as seeing a clear change of transfer strategy, a sense of hope that things would soon start to look up again returned.
It was heavily questioned at the time, but Arsenal's £150 million shopping spree last summer is undeniably paying off. All six signings have become important parts of Mikel Arteta's squad, with the majority playing a key role in the push for a Champions League spot this season.
Martin Odegaard, Aaron Ramsdale and Takehiro Tomiyasu have all been immense in particular, as has Ben White.
The 24-year-old arrived in north London with a lot of pressure on his shoulders. It took a £50 million fee to convince Brighton & Hove Albion to sell, which meant he became Arsenal's most expensive defender.
Talent, potential, attitude and character are all valuable signs to look out for when searching for new signings of course, especially to Arteta. But as the Spaniard looks to continue his rebuild of a strong Gunners side with the aim of competing at the highest level, reliability is also at the forefront.
Before his breakthrough season with the Seagulls, White spent the 2019/20 campaign on loan at Leeds United. Under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa, the Englishman completed the full 90 minutes of every single Championship game, 46 in total, without picking up an injury.
At Brighton, White was in the Premier League matchday squad on 37 occasions and started 36 times, again, without getting injured.
It is a remarkable record that he has also brought with him to the Emirates, playing the most minutes than any other Arsenal player so far this season (2,378) via Transfermarkt. Despite staying injury-free, White unfortunately tested positive for Covid-19 which meant he missed two matches.
However, his incredible fitness levels have meant he has still played 148 minutes more than Bukayo Saka, who is next in line. As well as getting a healthy amount of game time again at the moment, Saka played 46 games last season, completing 3,606 minutes.
The importance in which Arsenal's very own starboy holds to his team is significant, and that is backed up by the fact CIES Football Observatory currently values him between €90m - €120m (£74m-£99.6m).
Saka's resolute demeanour and consistent reliability have led him to where he is today, whilst the same can be said for his teammate Ben White.
They are setting the standards for those around them, highlighting the exact qualities you need to become a stalwart under Arteta.
It's not just the goals and assists that make you a fan favourite in football.
