Buffalo Bills fire offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey

Ken Dorsey had been the Buffalo Bills’ offensive coordinator since the start of the 2022 season, when former OC Brian Daboll was hired as the head coach of the New York Giants, and Dorsey — formerly the team’s quarterbacks coach — was promoted.

After Monday night’s debacle against the Denver Broncos, when Buffalo’s offense once again looked like a disjointed offense easy to decipher, head coach Sean McDermott made the obvious decision.

Brady, who’s been the Bills’ quarterbacks coach for the last two seasons, last called an offense for the Carolina Panthers in 2020 and 2021 under head coach Matt Rhule. Eventually, Brady and Rhule came to a serious disagreement over the Panthers’ run percentages, so it’s tough to say what Brady can and will change in-season, but based on this offense so far this season, there’s nowhere to go but up.
