With Valentine's Day just a week away, a lot of people will be looking at small touches to make the occasion special.
Being in the midst of a cost of living crisis, a lot of couples this year might be choosing eating in rather than heading out to an expensive restaurant. However, that doesn't mean you can't spruce up your set up on a budget.
In an Instagram post, John Lewis has put its ANYDAY 12-piece porcelain dinnerware set front and centre. The set is priced at £23 and includes four place settings, four dinner plates, four side plates and four cereal bowls.

John Lewis said the products, which are all dishwasher and microwave safe, will "see you through every mealtime". Accompanying the dinnerware is a set of four ANYDAY red wine glasses that add a touch of elegance and are priced at £15.
Shoppers loved John Lewis' romantic set up on Instagram, with one calling it "beautiful". And if you're not one to celebrate Valentine's Day, the products are a tasteful addition to any dining room for all year round.
John Lewis launched its ANYDAY homeware range in 2021 with an aim of creating "affordable choices for making your home a place you’d want to be". The line now spans technology, clothing and baby care.
