Big Ten Network analyst Trent Meacham considers Michigan State the best team in the league right now.
Meacham did a segment on the Big Ten Network on Monday where he named his top team in the league at the moment, and he has the Spartans sitting at the top. Meacham noted Michigan State has won nine straight games, and credited the Spartans’ ability to win games while not shooting the ball particularly well from deep as a huge factor for even further growth.
Michigan State is 14-2 overall and 5-0 in Big Ten play. The Spartans haven’t lost since November in the Maui Invitational.
