Lucknow: The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Thursday released its list of 8 candidates for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh by-Elections.
The by-polls will be held to nine assembly seats. The elections will be held on November 13 while the outcome of the polls will be announced on Novemver 23.
According to the list, Amit Verma has been fielded from Katehari (Ambedkar Nagar), Jitendra Kumar Singh from Phulpur (Prayagraj), Shahnazar from Meerapur (Muzaffarnagar), and Virendra Kumar Shukla from Sisamau (Kanpur).

Besides, Dr Avinash Kumar Shakya has been fielded from Karhal (Mainpuri), Rafatullah from Kundarki (Moradabad), Parmanand Garg from Ghaziabad and Deepak Tiwari from Majahawan (Mirzapur).

The last date for filing nominations is 25-10-2024 (Friday). The party has yet to announce its candidate from Khair assembly seat (Aligarh).
