Bruce Willis has celebrated his 68th birthday alongside all five of his daughters and ex wife Demi Moore in a rare family photo following his dementia diagnosis.
The Die Hard star, who has been on a break from acting since March 2022, was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia earlier this year.
In the birthday photos, the actor was surrounded by his girls in a group snap.
Bruce's wife Emma Hemin Willis and ex-wife actress Demi Moore were pictured alongside their daughters.
Rumer, 34, Scout, 31, and Tallulah, 29 — his daughters her shares with Demi — were there as well as Mabel, 10, and Evelyn, eight, who Bruce shares with Emma.
The family were all casually dressed as they posed in front of a lush backdrop and grey Los Angeles sky.
The heartwarming post shared more pics of the family gathering to honour their patriarch.
Oozing with love, one snapshot showed daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah snuggling up to their father.
Both Bruce and Demi got in for a selfie with their youngest daughter Tallulah and two dogs.
The family spent quality time together as they headed outside onto the patio, with Bruce keeping warm in a quilted jacket.
The Hollywood star could also been seen with a thick grey scarf wrapped around him in some snaps.
Demi shared the collection of photos with the caption: "More from Bruce’s birthday yesterday [black heart emoji."
Fans commented on the family love, with one saying: "Much love to you all. What a beautiful example of good humans x".
Another added: "All the kids visibly soaking in the moments with their Dad."
"Family first… You all are beautiful humans. Happy birthday to the man of this Tribe. Take good care of you all," someone else wrote.
Demi, who was married to Bruce for 13 years before splitting in 2000, previously shared a sweet and touching birthday message dedicated to her ex-husband.
She posted a video of the actor surrounded by his family as they sang to him and presented him with a birthday cake.
Captioning the birthday message on Instagram, Demi wrote: "Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate you today.
"Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes - we all feel them."
Bruce's wife Emma shared a close up of his birthday pie. The model wrote: "I tried to get a pumpkin pie. That was a no-go. Apple pie is his second favorite."
She added: "He is pure love. He is so loved. And I’ll be loving him always. Happy Birthday my sweet."
Emma recently revealed that she finds watching old videos of Bruce difficult following his dementia diagnosis.
Fighting to hold back tears, the 44-year-old admitted to her 680,000 Instagram followers that she felt it was important for people to see all sides of living with the condition.
