As the political heat rises, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) president and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao will resume his scheduled public meetings after the Dasara vacation, from October 26, to seek support for his party in Atchampet, Wanaparthy and Munugode.
Some minor changes were announced by the BRS office to the already-announced schedule. As per the new schedule, he will address public meetings in Achampet, Wanaparthy and Munugode on October 26 followed by meetings at Paleru, Mahabubabad and Wardhannapet on October 27.
He halted his poll campaign for Dasara vacation after launching it from Husnabad on October 15. On the same day, he also released the party manifesto announcing some new schemes apart from continuing the old schemes with enhanced monetary benefits.
The second leg of his electioneering will continue for 13 days, during which he will address 36 public meetings covering three constituencies daily. The Chief Minister will file his nomination papers on November 9 both at Gajwel and Kamareddy, a constituency he chose to galvanise the party cadre in the combined Nizamabad district.
Before filing the nominations, he will perform pooja at Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple in Konaipalli in Siddipet district. On the same day, he would address a public meeting at Kamareddy. The schedule for the third phase of his campaign to cover the remaining constituencies will be released later.
