The Cleveland Browns and Carolina Panthers are one of many Week 1 games kicking off at 1 PM on Sunday. While the story will surround QB Baker Mayfield after getting traded out of Cleveland, it looks like the weather concerns will not be a factor.
In the end, it isn’t all about the quarterbacks but about two teams going head to head. While it isn’t all about the quarterbacks, the quarterbacks are very important.
The Browns hope they can make early progress with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback while the Panthers hope Mayfield provides a spark at HC Matt Rhule hopes to hop off the hot seat.

The Panthers added Shenault in a trade two weeks ago but he’s not active today as he learns the system.
