The Cleveland Browns are set to close out their 2023 regular season campaign after a short trip down I-71 South to take on the Cincinnati Bengals.
Resting the majority of their starters, including quarterback Joe Flacco, the Browns will start former Bengal Jeff Driskel at quarterback. This makes Driskel the fifth quarterback to start this season for Cleveland and makes the Browns the first team in 35 years to accomplish that feat.
The Browns have the fifth seed already locked up, while the Bengals have already made offseason plans. That makes this game completely non-consequential as it will make no difference to either of these teams or the outlook of the rest of the AFC. Get set for another preseason game this season as the Browns already have their minds set on the winner of the AFC South.
