Browns continue to give minimal clarity on Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah’s injury

Many fans and members of the Cleveland Browns franchise have been patiently waiting for news on linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah.

Following the conclusion of the 2024 season, both head coach Kevin Stefanski and general manager Andrew Berry took the podium to answer some questions. Among these questions was the much-anticipated status of the star linebacker:

“Our hope is to have him back in 2025, but with long-term injuries, I really don’t have a crystal ball…When we have a meaningful update, we’ll share that.”

The Browns have been without their star linebacker since he suffered a neck injury on October 27 against the Baltimore Ravens. In his short season, he collected an impressive 67 total tackles and three sacks, leading the team in tackles at the time of his departure.

Having to replace Owusu-Koramoah would be a heartbreaker for all involved, as he has been a tremendous player for Cleveland since entering the league in 2021.
