Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is all the rage online right now after that Madden ratings snub, with even Tom Brady giving him in a shoutout.
And Chase is feeling the AFC North love right now, too.
Cleveland Browns cornerback Greg Newsome II took to Twitter right around the same time and made sure everyone knows he thinks Chase is a top-five receiver in the game right now.
Newsome, a first-round pick by the Browns in the same draft the Bengals took Chase, was one of the primary defenders on Chase during the two Battle of Ohio showdowns last year. Based on his early showings, he’ll be a staple of those for a long time right alongside Chase, too.
See? It’s not all bad blood in the AFC North.
