It has been a great season for Cleveland Browns second-year cornerback Martin Emerson Jr. and it continues during the Jaguars as he grabbed his third interception of the year against Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was an impressive interception as Emerson tracked the ball beautifully while it was in the air it looked like the pass was thrown to him.
Emerson has been the most consistent corner this year because of his availability and that has been huge for Browns’ defense. With Denzel Ward continuing to miss time the Browns need Emerson to have a good another good game this week and so far he has made a couple of big plays for the defense.
The Browns defense has been different when they are at home than on the road and it is evident again today that they have come ready to play. It’s been a hot start for the Browns and they have to keep this going to pick up a big game in the playoff race.
