As cutdown day approaches on August 29, the Cleveland Browns will have some tough decisions to make (specifically in the wide receiver room). They have to trim 37 players off of their roster on that day, with players like wide receiver Austin Watkins Jr., defensive tackle Jordan Elliott, and running back Demetric Felton hanging right around the fringes of the roster.
These 38 players, however, are locks to make the roster and have nothing to worry about when cutdowns happen in six days.
