Newlyweds Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz-Beckham went for the plunge as they made their first public appearance together as a married couple. The loved-up pair said 'I Do' last month in Palm Beach, Florida.
The eldest son of Manchester United legend David Beckham and fashion designer Victoria and actress Nicola exchanged vows in front of their star-studded guests at her billionaire financier dad Nelson's oceanfront estate.
The nuptials came less than two years after the pair announced their engagement in July 2020 with a stunning photo taken by Brooklyn's little sister Harper Seven. "Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes xx. I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day," the aspiring chef said at the time.
Weeks on from the big day, where guests included Spice Girls Mel B and Mel C, TV chef Gordon Ramsay and family, Serena and Venus Williams and Hollywood actress Eva Longoria, the happy couple have made their red carpet debut as Mr ad Mrs Peltz-Beckham at the Met Gala 2022.
Brooklyn, 23, and Nicola, 27, went for matching plunging necklines for the star-studded event- dubbed 'fashion's biggest night out' - on Monday night.
Brooklyn looked dapper in an all-white suit, with matching trainers and a sheer shirt which he left unbuttoned to give a glimpse of his chest tattoos and silver chains. Nicola also stunned in a fuschia strapless gown which featured a plunging scooped neckline down to her stomach and long train.
The couple also gave a glimpse of their wedding rings, with Brooklyn’s diamond band said to be worth more than £30,000, while Nicola showed off her just as sparkly wedding band with her emerald-cut diamond engagement ring which stood out as she posed with her hand on her hip.
Meanwhile, the pair also put on a loved-up display with the new husband planting a kiss on his wife's cheek in front of the waiting cameras, as well as being captured looking into each other's eyes.
The pair said the first few weeks of married life had been "so much fun" and that it felt like they were "on a play date forever."
They were joined at the prestigious fashion event by British celebrities including Oscar-winning actor Riz Ahmed, Kate Moss, James Corden and rapper Stormzy. The event took place at the The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, with the theme of Gilded Glamour.
Speaking to Vogue on the red carpet, Brooklyn said of married life: "It’s so much fun. Marrying your best mate, it’s the best," as Transformers actress Nicola added: "We feel like we’re on a play date forever."
On his outfit, Brooklyn said: "I usually I go with a plain black suit. But this time I went (with) a sheer shirt and cream suit. Pierpaolo always kills it." Nicola said of her own outfit: "I’m so honoured. Every time I get to wear one of his dresses I’m so excited. You feel like a princess in them."
