Brooklyn Beckham, 22, and fiancée Nicola Peltz, 27, are on the move.
Less than a year since the soon-to-be married couple moved into their lavish Beverly Hills home, the actress and the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham are relocating.
According to PEOPLE, the two stars listed their luxury five-bedroom property for $10,999,999 million on Friday.
"They loved the house and are sad to be listing it, but realized that they wanted to be more flexible and bicoastal," a source told the American publication.
The insider went on to explain how the aspiring chef and the Transformers actress are looking to find a new abode closer to Miami.
"They want to have both a place in L.A. and one in Miami to be closer to their families, so a property this big just didn't make sense as they started looking at their more immediate future plans," they revealed on Friday.
"Brooklyn's family has a place in Miami and Nicola's family is in Palm Beach."
The future newly weds will be saying goodbye to some incredible views and swanky features when they leave their Beverly Hills mansion.
The lavish property boasts luxury features like a private yoga room, gym, sauna, steam room and juice bar.
Brooklyn and Nicola will also miss out on the stunning various outdoor areas, including a lavish roof top terrace.
The huge mansion is also covered in massive glass windows, which allows natural light to enter the five-bedroom property.
In the listing from when the two stars originally purchased the Beverly Hills abode, the chic property was described as somewhere that "embodies mindfulness and wellness with the highest level of design".
The listing went on to say: "Smooth lines and rounded transitions create a feng shui balance you can feel when walking through this museum-like home that features all-natural exotic wood and stone throughout.
"The amount of detail and thought that has been put into this one-of-a-kind luxury estate is unsurmounted, one must visit to truly experience the magnitude of beauty and peace this home has to offer."
Brooklyn and Nicola's property plans come in the wake of the happy couple letting slip a few details about their upcoming nuptials.
Appearing in a cooking segment for Vogue, the budding chef and Nicola set about whipping up a dairy-free Valentine's Day themed pizza.
As they enjoyed their culinary creation, the pair shared some details about their wedding day plans for later this year.
The star-studded wedding will be a Jewish ceremony, in accordance with the bride's heritage, and Brooklyn explained he will be wearing a Yarmulke, the traditional skull cap worn by Jewish men during prayer.
Nicola will be wearing two Valentino wedding dresses to walk down the aisle, despite her future mother-in-law being a top fashion designer.
Brooklyn and Nicola are reportedly set to tie the knot on April 9
