I don’t mean to pile on Bronny James, but, uh, this isn’t great?
The Los Angeles Lakers rookie had a rough go in his first NBA Summer League game, and his second game on Wednesday was better if you don’t look at the scoring numbers (three points). He grabbed five boards, dished three dimes, blocked three shots and had two swipes.
But there was this moment. There was a stoppage in the game and James decided to take a shot from near the paint, flat-footed … and he missed it. As in, he air-balled it. Yikes.
