When looking at the Denver Broncos’ list of all-time leaders in passing yards, the pass-happy nature of the modern NFL is quite apparent.
Five of the quarterbacks in the top 10 played after the 2000s (and one played during). It only took Peyton Manning four seasons to jump into second place on Denver’s all-time list. Granted, Manning is one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, but other QBs with short tenures in Denver also make the list.
Jake Plummer played three and a half seasons with the Broncos and he’s fifth. Jay Cutler played three years and he’s sixth. Kyle Orton also spent three years in Denver and he’s seventh.
Even Trevor Siemian, a two-year starter with the Broncos, is ranked 12th (5,686 yards). Drew Lock (4,740 yards) is 14th; Case Keenum (3,890 yards) is 15th; Brock Osweiler (3,214 yards) is 18th; Teddy Bridgewater (3,052 yards) is 19th and Tim Tebow (2,383 yards) is 21st.
