Broncos roster series: No. 11, WR Josh Reynolds

Broncos Wire’s 90-man offseason roster series continues today with a look at eighth-year wide receiver Josh Reynolds, No. 11.

Before the Broncos: Reynolds (6-3, 194 pounds) entered the league as a fourth-round pick out of Texas A&M with the Los Angeles Rams in 2017. He spent the first four years of his career in L.A., hauling in 113 receptions for 1,450 yards and nine touchdowns.

Reynolds signed a one-year deal with the Tennessee Titans in 2021, but he struggled to get on the field and was waived after five games. Reynolds was then picked up by the Detroit Lions and his career got back on track.

In two and a half seasons with the Lions, Reynolds totaled 97 receptions for 1,393 yards and 10 touchdowns. He hauled in 40 catches for 608 yards and five scores last fall.

Broncos tenure: Denver signed Reynolds to a two-year, $9 million contract this spring. He is set to compete for a rotational spot at WR this summer.

Chances to make the 53-man roster: Likely. The Broncos have a crowded WR depth chart, but Reynolds seems likely to make the team as a reliable veteran. The 29-year-old receiver will help fill the void created by Jerry Jeudy’s departure this offseason.
