With one week left to play in the 2023 NFL regular season, the Denver Broncos currently hold the 14th overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft.
After being eliminated from playoff contention on Sunday, the Broncos now know they won’t pick any lower than 18th overall in April. If Denver loses to the Las Vegas Raiders next week and five teams above them win, the Broncos could sneak into the top 10 of the 2024 draft order.
Denver, of course, won’t intentionally lose to help its draft stock. But as fans and pundits, we’ll be watching the team’s draft position as results are finalized in Week 18.
