Two people are in hospital after a fire engulfed two flats on the 10th and 11th floors of a newbuild complex in Bromley, Greater London.
Around 80 firefighters tackled the blaze at St Marks Square on Thursday morning before it was brought under control by midday.
The two injured people were treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service and taken to hospital.
It was reported the complex was still being repaired for damage caused by a previous fire two years ago.
In 2022, half of a five-room flat on the 15th floor of the 17-storey block of flats was on fire as well as part of the roof.
Twelve fire engines and around 80 firefighters tackled the recent blaze where part of a three roomed flat on the tenth floor and half of a three roomed flat on the eleventh floor were damaged by the fire.
Station Commander Gary Melia, who attended the scene, said: "Firefighters worked hard to bring this fire under control.
"There remains significant congestion on Westmoreland Road, so please continue to avoid the area if you can.
"A rest centre has been set up at St Marks Church Hall and we are working with multi-agency partners to support residents.
"Crews will remain on scene for several hours."
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Bromley Council said in a statement: “The council is aware of an ongoing fire incident at St Marks Square in Bromley, with the London Fire Brigade at the scene tackling the blaze, which started earlier this morning.
“The council is ready to support emergency services and residents should this be needed.”
Crews from Bromley, Beckenham, Woodside and surrounding fire stations attended the scene.
