49ers quarterback Brock Purdy struggled out of the gates in Week 3. He flipped that script and came out hot in Week 4, completing all five of his first-half throw. That streak continued throughout Sunday’s game with his lone incompletion coming in the third quarter.
Purdy completed 20-of-21 throws for a completion rate of 95.23 percent. It was one of the best single-game performances of all-time for QBs with 20-plus throws in a game.
