No. 1 Georgia reeled off 24 unanswered points at Vanderbilt to enter the half up 24-7, but it came at a cost.
All-American tight end Brock Bowers is in the locker room due to what is believed to be a left foot injury. The injury occurred on a sweep run late in the second quarter.
Bowers isn’t the only Georgia starter down. Defensive tackle Christen Miller exited the game earlier in the first half after suffering what appeared to be a lower-body injury. Starting right tackle Xavier Truss also exited with a lower-body injury.
Running back Kendall Milton, who was in the midst of his best game this season, was seen on the sidelines speaking with medical personnel late in the second quarter.
Kirby Smart says Brock Bowers "will be fine". It's a sprain on the lower part of his left foot.
Smart said Brock is in good spirits.
Glad to hear.

One injury is a coincidence, four is a trend. The Commodores’ turf field is taking a toll.
