Britney Spears has sparked concern with her latest Instagram rant, where she penned a bizarre expletive-ridden post and aimed it at an unnamed “classy famous person”.
The pop star, 40, has been very active on her social media accounts since she was freed from her 13-year-long conservatorship ran by her father Jamie Spears.
On Saturday, she posted a digital portrait of what appeared to be a 17 th century noblewoman wearing modern sunglasses.
She captioned the odd post: “SUP BIRDS!!! Come on b****, clap back at me for two minutes.”
“My own party!!! Smartest one… VERY GOOD!!! You're such a classy famous person you piece of s***… I finally said it!!! Shade!!!”
She went on: “I'm only human. What can I say?” before signing off the post with a shocking, “F*** YOU!!!”
She posted the rant on her feed in between equally odd videos of her floating around her house in her “great-great grandmother’s” wedding veil and a white lace nightgown.
With her blonde hair dishevelled and her eye make-up smudged, Britney gazed into the camera lens while dancing to Otis Redding’s Try a Little Tenderness.
She posted a second clip of herself posing and let fans know the story behind her unique outfit.
“I never wear my gowns,” she wrote. “They are so beautiful!!! This is my great great grandmother's veil. I'm such an ANGEL!!!”
Popstar Britney, 40, didn’t name the person she had aimed the post at but it likely wont be the last her 41.7millions followers will hear of the falling out as the mum-of-two has been formidable in her social media use since gaining control of it a year ago.
Concerned fans took to the comments to express their worry over her latest content, with one writing: "Honestly I just can't watch this anymore. There's seriously no hope that she's getting better, the world is watching this and it's scary the way she looks at us through the phone."
The foul-mouthed rant comes after Britney opened up about having to "relearn how to live" as she hit out at her family over her 13-year-long conservatorship.
She had been under the controversial conservatorship – ran by her father Jamie Spears – since 2008 and endured a long fight to have it removed.
The conservatorship finally ended in November last year, with Britney saying getting her freedom was the "best day ever".
The singer has now explained how the conservatorship granted her family "lots of power" and said she can finally own her own money after all these years.
Britney took to Instagram to share a picture explaining "upperworld crime", which includes criminal behaviour by those in the upper socioeconomic classes.
In the caption, she said: "I’m not sure I’ve ever taken ADVANTAGE of playing this game … I mean just this year at 40 I can buy Tylenol and own my own money … but it’s eye-opening to see what people can do.
"My family owned my estate for years … they owned my name, my star, my money, and guess what ??? It gave them LOTS of power."
Britney added: "Since it’s been over I have to RELEARN how to live my life."
