Britney Spears has once again took a shot at her dad for the way she was treated during her 13-year conservatorship.
The songstress, 40, slammed dad Jamie, 69, for calling her "fat" and "the heavy girl" while on stage and also admitted she once considered getting a boob job.
The Toxic singer has previously denied going under the knife to enhance the size of her bust, but has confessed she did once visit a doctor to discuss the procedure.
However, she said she had a bad experience and never returned for a follow up consultation.
Taking to Instagram with a lengthy post on Thursday, Brit said: "My boobs are fairly small … I mean with the right bra it’s fine but I was curious what a doctor would say !!!."
"I lost 7 pounds in the last 6 months and that’s a lot for me !!! I’m officially part of the “itty bitty t***y committee” … they shrunk !!! I don’t know where my boobs went."
And discussing her near-miss with the docs, she complained at being left outside of their office for 15 minutes after needing to climb eight flights of stairs.
Britney went on to criticise how people made her feel during her conservatorship and said in all the mag covers she has been on, there was only one which she feels did her justice.
"I haven’t been shot well though, I’ve never been more humiliated and embarrassed in my life during the years in my conservatorship," she continued.
And she explained the reason why she cared about her looks so much was because her dad would always berate her for being fat.
"It was humiliating," she confessed.
"I had one good cover in 13 years of my conservatorship … the rest were all extremely bad !!! They could have at least cheated and used technology … but they used it to make it worse !!! Such a f***ing waste of time."
But she now admits she understands all people can be happy no matter what they look like.
"If you are happy and have good energy, you are 100% attractive !!!" she wrote.
"Happy people draw light and it’s contagious and attractive !!! God knows the secret to my success was never how beautiful I was !!! I believe I was a tease,' she opined, adding that she had 'Just a very cool energy !!!'
The pop sensation's long post also touched on being "scared" by son Jayden's jazz talents.
She said it was "scary how good he is" but pleaded with him to "don't be me ever" after he revealed he often thinks too much.
In a glaring message to conclude the post, she told her fans they need to "learn to f***ing love yourself" no matter how hard it may be.
