Britney Spears says Euphoria's 'crazy plots' made her anxiety go away

Britney Spears says watching hit TV show Euphoria made her anxiety "go away".

The singer, 40, who was recently released from her conservatorship, has been incredibly open with her fans on social media since winning her freedom.

She's spoken candidly about her mental health battles, and has revealed that watching Zendaya's hit show has been a big relief for her.

Sharing a clip from the show, she wrote on Instagram : "For MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK a little while ago I watched this insane amazing show @euphoria … Good God it’s too good !!!! I’m a little behind anyways !!!!

"Watching this and being entertained by these crazy plots I suddenly felt all my anxiety go away … the show was like meditation !!!! It put a HUGE grin on my face … and if you want to be zen … there’s sound therapy … stillness … yoga … monk retreats … but last but definitely not least, train your thoughts to think things that make you SMILE ... YES you know THOSE !!!! YOU GOT IT ???? KEEP SMILING !!!!!"

Zendaya was clearly delighted with Britney's approval of her show, and left three heart emojis in the comments.

"we love a queen with taste," one of the singer's fans posted.

While another wrote: "Zendaya has truly made it".

And one told her: "Britney all those girls on that show are dressing like you! You are the blueprint".

One of her fans suggested: "Someone with extreme generalized anxiety here: Try a horror movie next. It takes away all my stress, being able to “put” it on the characters."

Britney has also been hanging out with fashion legend Donatella Versace, sharing snaps of them posing up along with her fiancé Sam Asghari.

"Look who came to visit … these 2 bad bitches are up to no good," she posted.

Britney looked pretty as a picture in a pair of low-riding white shorts and a patterned crop top with puffy sleeves, while Donatella went for an eye-catching ensemble of neon pink trousers and a tight green top.

Sam, wearing jeans and a white shirt, smiled as he posed up with the ladies.

Donatella replied: "Yessssss!!!! Definitely up to noooooo good! love you both"

The post momentarily confused Big Brother star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace though, who commented: "Lady gaga" and a heart eyes emoji.

After people pointed out who Britney was really posing with, one fan joked: "have you been on the sauce tonight, Aisleyne?"
