Britney Spears opens up on trying to 'find peace in your mental health' amid family feuds

Britney Spears has admitted she's focusing on her mental health and says travelling the world is key.

The songstress, 41, had been under a conservatorship for 13 years before a judge ruled it should come to an end a little over a year ago.

The star has been making up for lost time since, regularly sharing her holiday getaways with her social media followers - while also tying the knot with Sam Asghari.

However, the Toxic singer has now revealed she is using travelling as a form of relief for her mental health, saying she has "never felt accepted by my family" at her home in Los Angeles.

Taking to Instagram, Britney shared two almost identical topless images of herself on her page alongside a lengthy caption which began: "I have a beautiful gift for you all … yes, that’s it !!! Traveling and seeing the world in exotic places is definitely a way to find peace in your mental health in all ways … your mind, body and spirit !!!

"Unfortunately, I have a home in Los Angeles but I have never felt accepted by my family … I genuinely and honestly will never be the same there and I have come to terms with that."

She continued to say she's travelling again and it's helping her to remember what it was like to "feel accepted", calling it a "root in my healing".

"The family values in caring for another person and making them matter … I am so blessed," she said. "And at the turn of a table anything can happen when you feel accepted!"

In the post, she also appeared to offer advice to younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears, telling her to "feel self-worth being my sister".

"Just look UP sweetheart," she wrote, telling her to never forget where she came from.

And Brit ended her post by saying: "I’m going to move to Mars … don’t underestimate the power of the red f***ing ball!!!"

Her words comes just days after the star posted another racy clip where she enjoyed a shower. In it, she wore nothing but red knickers with white ties, but deleted the upload relatively quickly.

Before it was taken down, the caption revealed she was "learning to love myself" calling it her "passion". She gushed: "I'd rather be in my skin than wear my skin !!!!"
