Britney Spears ' ex-husband Jason Alexander has appeared in court from jail after attempting to gatecrash the Toxic singer's wedding last week.
Jason has been slapped with a three-year restraining order against the singer, and is reportedly not allowed to contact the her in any way after attempting to gatecrash her wedding to Sam Asghari.
The songstress, 40, was married to childhood pal Jason for just 55 hours in 2004 after they tied the knot in Las Vegas.
However, after the service was quickly annulled, the pair went their separate ways and Jason filmed himself trying to enter his ex's property on the day of her third marriage.
On Monday, Alexander pleaded not guilty on charges stemming from the incident.

Shortly after the scenes of Jason entering the property, Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, said the singer was 'absolutely livid' that her ex had attempted to gatecrash the event.
Mathew told TMZ at the time that Britney is safe and added: "I am personally working with the sheriff's department to ensure Mr. Alexander is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
TMZ later added that Jason has since been booked for trespassing, vandalism and 2 batteries and remains in custody.
The Ventura County Sheriff's Department told Rolling Stone how he was detained by security personnel and arrested due to an outstanding felony warrant.
He was reportedly involved in a physical struggle as attempts were made to keep Jason from entering the venue before his phone stopped broadcasting live.
Britney and Jason got married when she was 23 years old after celebrating New Year's Eve week in Sin City.
The drunken duo got married in A Little White Wedding Chapel in Sin City and even rented a green stretch limo.
"It was just so crazy, man," Jason told Access Hollywood about the spontaneous wedding at the time.
"We were just looking at each other and said, 'Let's do something wild, crazy. Let's go get married, just for the hell of it.'"
Several months later, Britney went on to marry Kevin Federline, who she shares two children with.
