Britain's Got Talent's Amanda Holden defies Ofcom complaints with jazzy dress

Amanda Holden wowed Britain's Got Talent viewers with another dress from her wardrobe as she ignored complaints about her previous outfits. The 52-year-old stunned fans with a floor-length gown featuring a thigh slit as she cast her eye over the semi finalists of the ITV show.

During the current series, complaints have been received by media regulator Ofcom about some of Amanda's dresses, with some viewers feeling they are too risqué. However, the complaints do not appear to have put Amanda off as she rocked up on the show with another shimmery number, the Mirror reports.

Despite receiving some hate for her dresses, many viewers lavished positive comments on Amanda's latest wardrobe choice. One person wrote on social media: "I can't cope."

Another said: "Wow, this dress". A third simply posted alongside the clapping and love heart eyes emoji: "Amanda. Holden."

Other viewers suggested there was a slight sense of hypocrisy around the complaints around Amanda's outfits. One said: "I assume there will be as many complaints about Bruno [Tonioli] and his shirt on #BGT as there would have been had Amanda worn a low cut dress I suspect not."

During the previous night's show, Amanda wore a yellow skin-tight PVC outfit with a plunge. The dress was described as "absolutely stunning" by fans.

Britain's Got Talent's semi-final stage continues tonight at 8pm on ITV1.
