Britain's Got Talent judges 'storm off' after act calls Amanda Holden 'rotten to the core'

Britain's Got Talent judges Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden 'stormed off' set during a 'horrible' act during tonight's show.

A 'creepy' act, known as 'The Witch', ran off-stage and made a beeline for the judges at the start of their audition, before directing a nasty comment at Amanda, telling her she is "rotten to the core". Before the act was finished, Alesha and Amanda leapt from their desk and refused to return to their seats, even after the spooky character had left the London Palladium auditorium.

At the start of the audition, the creepy witch asked David and Alesha to take an apple from a bag and take a bite before telling Alesha "I have something to tell you" adding "it will wait". The Witch then proceeded to hand Amanda an apple, which then crumbled in her hand with creepy crawlies spilling out of it and landing all over the judges' desk.

Despite the 'horrible' performance, the judges still put The Witch through to the next stage of the competition - although the act had already left the stage before they cast their verdict. And although being horrified by the act, Alesha still commended the act on their performance.

Viewer's also appeared to enjoy The Witch's act on tonight's show, with one viewer sharing to social media: "Easily the best act of the night #TheWitch #BGT #BritainsGotTalent "

Another viewer wrote: "The witch was probably one of the simplest and best scary acts they've done production on". Others described the audition as "epic" and "the best".

Britain's got Talent's search for the winning act continues on ITV.
