Homicide detectives have charged Georgiamae Lawrence with Mr Tucker's murder.
Paying tribute, his family described him as a "smart, loyal and funny man."

"Benjamin Tucker, aged 27, was randomly shot dead in Savannah, USA whilst visiting his family. Ben was a lifelong Liverpool fan based in London and loved the club immensely.
He was always there making others around him happier, whether it be through laughter or care.
“His favourite number was eight because of Stevie G (Gerrard).
"You’ll Never Walk Alone, Ben."
Liverpool fans were urged to mark Mr Tucker’s passing with a round of applause as the team took on Villarreal in the Champions League semi-final at Anfield.
Club captain Jordan Henderson and former player Jamie Carragher both retweeted posts on Twitter calling on supporters to join in.
Friend Josh Bothe, 27, organised the event for the 28th minute of the match.
Josh told the Liverpool Echo : "It's a show of support to the family, they're also big Liverpool fans, in particular his brother. It's a little gesture to show the family that we are thinking of them."
Residents in Savannah have grown increasingly concerned over a rise in shootings in the area.
Local Hosea Hannon said yesterday (Wednesday): “I’m wondering what the plan of action is to stop these shootings from happening in Savannah.
“You can’t even attend a public event without expecting someone to get shot, and that’s the sad truth.”
The construction project manager added: “Would like to hear more from Mayor Van Johnson and Savannah Police Department Roy Minter.
“All I hear about is the shootings but no real solutions.”
Moments after Mr Tucker was shot, police responded to another unrelated shooting nearby.
