Brit Awards nominated Bad Boy Chiller Crew to perform at Swansea Arena

Brit Award nominated band Bad Boy Chiller Crew will be performing in Swansea next month. Following on from a hugely successful festival season, the Northern bassline collective will bring their show to the city's arena on the back of the success of their recent album ‘Disrespectful’ which went to number two in the UK chart and was ranked 10th in the New York Times Best Albums of 2022.

The band is made up of Gareth 'GK' Kelly, Kane Welsh, and Sam 'Clive' Robinson. They are an English bassline collective from Bradford. which began by uploading comedy and prank videos online before making music influenced by the UK bassline scene, which rose to prominence, particularly in Yorkshire, during the 2000s. In November, 2021, the band appeared in their own six episode, self-titled, reality TV series, broadcast on ITV2. They have been nominated at the Brit Awards for Best British Band, and are up against Arctic Monkeys, The 1975, Nova Twins and Wet Leg vying for the prestigious gong. They have racked up millions of hits on YouTube with hit songs like 450, Don't You Worry About Me, BMW and Footsteps On My Shoes.

The gig takes place at Swansea Arena on Friday, February 24, from 6pm. Tickets cost £31.90 plus a £3.80 transaction fee, and can be purchased by clicking here. Standing floor is strictly for those aged 14 and over. All those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18, and those aged under 14 require a seated ticket. There are discounted tickets for students and under 16s, set at £25.
