Yesterday, she shared a message to fans ahead of her appearance: "I want my belly out for Brits and I’ve been eating McDonald’s like a pig, so I will update you on what’s happening."
It was recently reported that the TV star is engaged to US basketball star Ben Simmons, and she appeared to be wearing the stunning diamond engagement ring tonight. Neither has so far confirmed the reports.
Fans cannot get enough of her look, with compliments streaming in about her stunning outfit.

Maya's tweet may well have attracted a few more viewers for tonight's Brit Awards - she certainly turned heads on social media.
But cut-outs and sheer panels outfits are the new trend, with lots of celebrities tonight championing the nearly naked look.
Anne-Marie took on the look wearing a structured black leather jacket and slim-fitting trousers, with a strappy black bra underneath – by romantic label Philosophy.
Holly Humberstone – winner of the Brits Rising Star award – went for a Wednesday Addams-inspired take on the nearly naked trend, wearing a Gucci outfit with lots of see-through black lace, statement fur sleeves and Gothic jewellery.
Singer Tallia Storm took the trend the furthest, wearing a skintight bodysuit with black and nude panels by Mugler – similar to styles previously worn by Kali Uchis, Dua Lipa and Beyonce.
Maya and BBC radio DJ Clara Amfo were tasked with welcoming award nominees to the arena during the official red carpet show.
The Brit Awards 2022 start at 8pm tonight on ITV1.
