Bristol has become the social hub of the south with many moving to our city for the culture and social scene. Around Bristol, there are many options for places to live from central locations to further afield but if you’re looking for the full package, prices rise sharply.
On Rightmove now, the most expensive option for a one-bed apartment is located on Fishponds Road, which will set you back £3,500 per month. The property is very close to Eastville Park and based in a very up-and-coming location, which has seen a number of chic cafes and restaurants open over the past few years - and prices have risen with the suburb's popularity.
Despite the flat's beautiful open-plan living space and large windows, it's still on the steep end of Bristol's property market. On the other side of the market, you can rent a one-bed flat on Pennywell Road, near Easton for £600 a month.

The Fishponds Road flat has all bills included and is advertised as a “flexible rental” with no minimum term.
Bristol Live recently looked for some hidden gems on the market for £1,000 or under and while many were house shares for students or poky studios, there were some one- and two-bedroom properties offering more space.
