A real-life Rapunzel has shared her top tips for growing long, beautiful hair. Jasmine Larsen’s striking hair constantly grabs the attention of people, with men often proposing to her.
The Bristol influencer has now shared five oils she uses for hair growth. The biochemistry graduate told her 40K Tiktok and 100K Instagram followers that she uses a natural everyday hair oil that she applies to her full length and ends.
"It keeps it moisturised and protected throughout the day," she said. "The second one is a silicone hair oil this one has a thicker consistency and a slippery feel.

"I like to use this occasionally for detangling and heat protection purposes."
She then told followers that she uses a scalp treatment oil once a week before washing her hair. This promotes growth.
Finally, she uses pure coconut oil as a hair mask, which she applies to her full lengths and ends before washing it out with conditioner in the morning.
Jasmine has racked up lots of fans over the years, but the downside to her social media fame is receiving unwanted attention.
She told the Sun: "The weird messages I’ve received online have definitely put me off from dating men. My long hair attracts a lot of men that are taken.
“I’ve received messages from some of their wives telling me to stop talking to them. I never knew they were married to begin with, and only responded to their compliments for social media engagement.
“Incidents like this make me think that most men cheat and can’t be trusted.”
Jasmine, who sells her own hair accessories, Lars Haircare, previously told how men constantly propose because they love her hair.
On her website, she also offered tips for healthy hair. She said: "Wearing protective hairstyles is a must for maintaining healthy hair! The founder, Jasmine Larsen, always wears her hair in a braid with a silk scrunchie.
"She also sleeps with a long satin bonnet & silk pillowcase to protect her hair at night. We provide premium accessories so you can care for your hair in style!"
She sells a range of headbands, claw clips and head scarves, find out more here.
