BrewDog is on the hunt for bar and floor crew for its new harbourside location - and the roles come with plenty of perks. As well as £9.90 per hour wages, staff will also receive a profit share, paid breaks and a staff discount - but that's not all.
The company has a number of full time and part time positions available and is looking for people who have "an interest in good beer and putting it into the hands of other people", though knowledge of craft beer is not essential as all staff members are trained on this when they begin their job. BrewDog is also looking for people who are "passionate about delivering the best customer service and working with teammates to do so", adding that "experience working in a bar is useful but also not necessary as we can show you the ropes".
Other perks listed in the job description include a four-week sabbatical, enhanced sick pay, high street retail discounts, employee assistance programmes, additional holiday days per year and even a beer at the end of every shift. What's more, staff also receive enhanced family friendly policies around maternity and paternity leave and even pawternity leave, if you're adopting a new pet!
