A Bristol-based provider of software and cyber security has been acquired by CACI, a national leading data and technology company.
Bitweave provides software engineering, data analysis and cyber services to the national security sector. Bristol-based Momentum Corporate Finance advised Bitweave on its sale to CACI.
Established in 1975, CACI employs more than 1,200 staff in the UK and Europe, providing business information systems to public and private sector clients.
