Bristol-based Extract Coffee has been voted Best All-Round Speciality Coffee Roaster at the UK Coffee Awards 2022. Much loved by the city's coffee drinkers, the St Werburgh’s-based business supplies its coffee beans to branches of Boston Tea Party and several other popular cafes and restaurants in the region.
Extract Coffee Roasters was established in 2007 and is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. It started as a basic coffee cart on Bristol’s College Green, serving its takeaway coffees to passersby.
Extract Coffee Roasters prides itself on ethically sourcing its coffee through long-term, sustainable relationships with growers and ensuring sustainable measures are also taken place in the UK by recycling and restoring. The company also ensures its coffee is roasted to perfection and trains baristas to make the 'perfect' cup.
