Bristol City Women have confirmed they will stage their FA Women's Continental League Cup quarter-final clash against Manchester City at Ashton Gate.
Lauren Smith’s side booked their spot in the knockout stages on Wednesday night with a narrow 1-0 win over Championship rivals Lewes. Due to popular ticket demand, the fixture against Manchester City next week on January 25 will no longer take place at the Robins High Performance Centre, instead it will be staged in BS3.
The Robins have played two Championship fixtures at Ashton Gate so far this season, against Southampton and Birmingham City. The club have confirmed any tickets purchased for the original venue will be valid for the quarter-final.

City finished top of group D and it's a competition the club have enjoyed plenty of success in previously, having reached the final back in 2021. Chelsea were too much on the day, but they'd knocked out both Aston Villa and Leicester City en route to the final showdown at Vicarage Road.
In the group stages this season, Smith's side won two of their matches against Lewes and Crystal Palace, but fell to defeat against Charlton Athletic back in November. They'll now test themselves against higher-league opposition in Manchester City, who are currently on an impressive 12-game unbeaten run in all competitions.
Tickets for next Wednesday's fixture can be purchased here, with advanced prices at £8 for adults, or tickets can be purchased for £11 on the day.
