If you're travelling to Bristol Airport in June, you're expecting delays. But many passengers are taking to social media in shock this week as people are being faced with a lot more than that before they have the opportunity to find their plane seat.
In recent weeks, chaos has rocked Bristol Airport, and many others across the country. From 6-hour ordeals, to baggage reclaim 'nightmares', many are facing unhappy travelling experiences.
The Airport is working to mitigate the chaos, by 'working closely with business partners and airline handling agents to ensure staffing levels are sufficient ', but with flight cancellations affecting many over the last two days, passengers have been faced with some rather disappointing predicaments.

From personal outcries of happy holidays being disrupted, to outrage at airline and Bristol Airport's response when the flights are cancelled, many have taken to Twitter after their flights have been cancelled.
Twitter user @Dorsethouselyme had their wedding anniversary celebrations cancelled. They said, "Supposed to be heading off to Bordeaux to celebrate 20th wedding anniversary but EasyJet just cancelled our flight out of Bristol Airport.
"They waited until we'd been here several hours and were due to board so now it's too late to book somewhere else instead - no help."
Speaking to Bristol Live yesterday, a spokesperson for Bristol Airport said: "We apologise to customers impacted by above average baggage delays experienced on overnight. Bristol Airport like all airports across Europe were impacted by airline slot delays over the weekend due to Euro Control slot restrictions being in place meaning aircraft were arriving off schedule and customers were experiencing delays.
"We work closely with all business partners and airline handling agents to ensure staffing levels are sufficient to provide a good service to passengers. However, aircraft arriving off-schedule and staff shortages can impact on waiting times and service standards.
"We constantly review resourcing across all areas and adapt plans to meet demand and build in resilience where possible. We appreciate the frustration experienced by customers currently and please be reassured our teams are working exceptionally hard to assist customers throughout the airport journey.”
Many travellers are still unaware of their rights when a flight is cancelled. Jo Deans said, "Our EasyJet flight to Sardinia has been cancelled. It's been rebooked for Thursday. Only one night in a hotel, though?
"[I need to] know what we are entitled to and how to claim. Car park at airport and hotel in Italy have charged us."
Similarly, Harry Jelffs has encountered issues with hotel offers for a cancelled flight from Bristol.
"My flight was cancelled to Malaga two hours before flight; no hotel offered," he tweeted.
"Booked onto a flight a day and a half later and NOW THAT'S ALSO CANCELLED."
