It's nearly summer and many of us are looking forward to jetting off for a week or two in the sunshine. But there is one part of a holiday that can be quite stressful - finding somewhere to park before our flight.
Fortunately, if you're flying from Bristol Airport, there's lots of places to park nearby and you can easily book your space directly through the airport. Where can I park at Bristol Airport?
Short Stay and Pick Up Car Park
This car park is located opposite the terminal and it's just a short walk to the arrivals and departures areas. This car park is aimed at people who are picking up someone from the airport and won't be parking their car for long.
How much does it cost? Current gate prices: 0-20 minutes: £5, 20-40 minutes: £7, 40-60 minutes: £10, 1-2 hours: £12, 2-3 hours: £13, 3-4 hours: £14, 4-12 hours: £17, 12-24 hours: £45 (£19 per day thereafter).
Drop & Go Car Park
This car park is designed for stays of up to 10 minutes. For longer stays, drivers are advised to use the Short Stay and Pick Up Car Park or the free one hour Waiting Zone.
Current gate prices: up to 10 minutes: £5, 10-20 minutes: £7, 20-40 minutes: £10, 40-60 minutes: £20 (£20 each additional hour or part of thereafter).
Waiting Zone
This car park is aimed at people waiting for passengers, before they go to the Short Stay & Pick Up car park to pick up their friend, relative etc. A frequent bus service runs to the airport terminal for passengers who wish to be collected or dropped off in this area, operating from the car rental centre. There is a "no return within the hour" policy in place at this carpark.
Current gate prices: 0-60 minutes: FREE, 1-2 hours: £25 (£20 each additional hour or part of thereafter).
Bristol Airport Silver Zone Car Park
The Silver Zone carpark is a 20-minute minibus ride from the airport and offers affordable, secure parking, aimed at people that need to park their car for just a few days. The carpark has been awarded a Park Mark award for safe parking and is covered by CCTV cameras and number plate recognition software. Plus, it's monitored 24-hours a day, so you can park in complete confidence.
As of April 1, 2022, drivers don't even have to worry about finding a space. You simply drive into the carpark and give your keys to staff, for quick and efficient valet parking.
How much does it cost? Current gate prices: 0-24 hours: £45, two days: £64, three days: £81, four days: £100, five days: £123. (£10 per day thereafter).
Bristol Airport Long Stay Car Park
The Long Stay carpark is aimed at people that need to park their car for more than one day and is slightly closer to the terminal than the Silver Zone carpark. Drivers are encouraged to book online in advance to save money on the price on-the-gate.
How much does it cost? Gate prices, as of April 6 2022: 0-24 hours: £50, two days: £70, three days: £90, four days: £110, five days: £135. (£12 per day thereafter).
Bristol Airport Multi-Storey Car Park
The multi-storey car park is a short three to four minute stroll from the terminal and is aimed at travellers looking for somewhere to park their car quickly and easily. Plus, the car park has number plate recognition and space availability indicators to make it even easier.
How much does it cost? Current gate prices: 0 to 24 hours: £60 (£25 per day thereafter)
