A Brisbane business has been raided by police over the suspicious disappearance of Lachlan Griffiths more than three weeks ago.

The 34-year-old was last seen on Herschel Street in the CBD and was reported missing on January 26.

Mr Griffiths' family and police are concerned as he hasn't contacted anyone for more than three weeks.

Detectives investigating his disappearance raided a business at Coopers Plains in Brisbane's south on Thursday morning.

A mobile police unit remains at the scene with detectives set to make a public appeal for information later in the day.

"Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts or information about the missing person is urged to contact police," a police statement said.

Mr Griffiths is Caucasian with sandy hair and hazel eyes and has tattoos on his neck.
