When you're about to get married, there are so many things to consider. How many guests are coming, what the dress code is, who will be providing the food and drink for the reception - it can get really stressful.
It's not usually on the top of your list of worried, but another thing that may be keeping you up at night is your new initials, and one woman has taken to TikTok to explain that hers will be awful when she gets married to her husband.
Kathryn, who posts under @keiththebride on TikTok, posted a video with the caption: "If you check my profile you'll get it...Also, hi this is me."
Over the top of the video, where she can be seen looking concerned, she wrote: "Introducing myself as my middle name.
"I'm going to have to change it when I take my fiancé's last name..."
She then went on to write over the top of a series of fun photos of herself: "Hi, I'm Keller."
The penny dropped for many users when they realised her first name is Kathryn, her middle name is Keller, and her surname is soon to be Keith.
In a separate video, she spells it out further for those that didn't understand why her name will be so awful, explaining that her initials will be 'KKK'.
She was quick to highlight that she isn't 'affiliated' with the white supremacist group 'at all', insisting that it was 'just a very unfortunate circumstance'.
Kathryn also said she'd considered changing her surname in order to get around it - but she wasn't sure what to.
In the comments, people were equally as horrified by the initials she would have, referring to them as 'unfortunate'.
Someone wrote: "That's really unfortunate!" and Kathryn replied: "Agreed. I told myself I'd never date someone with the last name K and here we are..."
"I didn't get at first, thank goodness for the comments", another commented.
"I'd keep my maiden name in that case", one TiKToker suggested.
"Imagine those initials", someone cringed.
Others suggested changing the spelling of her middle name, writing: "Why not start spelling your middle name with a C? Luckily K and C are pronounced similarly in words."
Would you change your name if these were your initials? Let us know in the comments.
