Irish TV personality and former Big Brother winner Brian Dowling has shared a touching tribute to his late mother on social media.
The 44-year-old former Hells Kitchen contestant and Big Brother host sadly lost his mother in 2018 when she passed away from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.
In a touching tribute to his late mother, Brian, as the fifth anniversary nears, opened up about how it is “heartbreaking” to think of how his mother was never able to hold some of the babies in the family, including her grandchild Blake.

Brian shared a picture of baby Blake and her cousin on Instagram, in a post which said: “We gathered this evening as a family to mark our mum's fifth anniversary.”
“Mum will have officially passed five years next Tuesday. Sometimes it still feels so fresh & other times it feels like I've not seen her in 10 years or more," Brian continued in the post.
“Pictured here we have the current babies of the family, Harvey and Blake. They love to spend time together. To think mum has never held them is heartbreaking.”
He also added some exciting news in the post, sharing that Blake will no longer be the baby of the family and that his sister Tara was expecting a baby.
“Excitingly Blake will no longer be the baby of the family and Harvey is going to be a big brother this summer,” he added.
“Our baby sister Tara is pregnant and glowing. Family was everything to mum. Blake can't wait to meet her baby cousin.”
