BrewDog fans raise more than £100,000 for Ukraine

Customers of BrewDog have shown their support for Ukraine’s fight for freedom and so far, raised £112,886 by purchasing the brand’s limited-edition New England IPA, United for Ukraine beer. 100% of the net revenue will be donated to the DEC’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal which provides shelter, healthcare, and essential supplies to those forced to flee the conflict in Ukraine.

Lauren Carrol, Brand & Marketing Director at Brewdog said: “We are extremely moved by the amount of support our customers have shown with their purchases of the charity beer. We are so thankful to those who got behind the cause and hope that the donation will provide some help and comfort to those most affected by the war in Ukraine.”

The special fundraising beer was launched for pre-order on March 11 after BrewDog noticed customers searching for more ways to help support Ukraine. The charity beer also comes in a blue and yellow can, representing the colours of the Ukranian flag.

Craft beer drinkers can still purchase United for Ukraine NEIPA (5.2% ABV, 330ml) at BrewDog.com for RRP £16.95 for a 12-pack.
