The head of BrewDog is offering customers free lager this week as part of a promotion to "spread some positivity and good vibes".
James Watt, co-founder & CEO of the brewery and pub chain, took to Twitter to announce that those heading to a BrewDog venue this week would be able to "have a Lost Lager on me". The promotion runs from Monday to Wednesday.
The deal allows one free Lost Lager or Lost AF per customer while stocks last. The former is a "German-style Pilsner 4.5 per cent lager brewed using wind power and a third less water", while the latter is an alcohol-free variant.

In order to take advantage of the one-off promotion, customers need to save a picture of the QR code that Watt posted on his Twitter account and show it to a member of staff.
Posting on Twitter, Watt said: "Have a beer on me. The world can be a pretty crazy & negative place at the moment, so I wanted to try and spread some positivity and good vibes.
"Save the picture below & scan the code in any UK BrewDog bar to have a Lost Lager on me today, Tuesday or Wednesday this week."
In a second tweet, he added: "The Boring Bits: This is valid Mon-Wed this week in our UK venues. One Lost Lager or Lost AF per customer & while stocks last.
"The gift card has been provided by James."
Twitter users were quick to respond to the "generous" offer, with one writing: "Aw, that’s nice. You don’t have one near me, but I’ve shared for others."
"That’s very generous of you," said a second, while a third tweeted: "That's a lovely gesture, I won't be able to take advantage, but still applaud you for it."
A fourth shared: "Thank you James, times are tough atm for us all and a little reflection whilst enjoying a Lost Lager would go down a treat atm. I’m experiencing a lot atm so much appreciated."
There are two BrewDog bars in Glasgow: the Kelvingrove bar is located at 1397 Argyle Street, while the Merchant City bar is found at 99 Hutcheson Street.
