Brentford vs Liverpool team news

Rico Henry is starting to make his comeback for Brentford, although their injury list remains lengthy. All of Igor Thiago, Aaron Hickey, Kristoffer Ajer, Ethan Pinnock, Gustavo Nunes, Ryan Trevitt and Josh Dasilva are expected to miss out here. Otherwise, there are no fresh injury concerns.

Liverpool could be without Diogo Jota after he picked up a “little niggle” in his scoring cameo off the bench against Nottingham Forest and missed training. Luis Diaz was also not involved in Thursday’s session, but that was due to a sore throat and he is expected to recover in time to face Brentford.

Darwin Nunez will be free from suspension, but Joe Gomez remains injured.
